Can I cancel my order?

Yes, usually. As long as we haven’t started working on your item, you can request to cancel the item. We'll attempt to cancel your item as best we can, but submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee your item will be canceled.

How long does the printing process take?

Standard print orders are typically completed within 3-7 business days. Rush services are available for urgent requests. (Also at the Product Page you can see the estimate dispachted time)

Is there a minimum order quantity

Minimum order quantities vary by product, but generally, flyers and brochures start from 100 units.

What file formats do you accept for print jobs?

We typically accept high-resolution formats such as PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, Canva File Link, and JPEG. Our design team can help with file setup if needed.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, online payments, and bank transfers. Business credit is available for returning clients upon approval.
